Return Reason Codes

Return reason codes have been updated in the API to be more comprehensive. When creating an RMA, each line item can be specified with one of the following reason codes:

  • ‘tooBig’ - Item was too large.
  • ‘tooSmall’ - Item was too small.
  • ‘damaged’ - Customer received the item damaged.
  • ‘wrongItem’ - Customer received the wrong item.
  • ‘other’ - Reason not captured in this list.

Any other passed reason code will fail validation on request.
